Youve seen him on The Soup and have been thinking about heading to one of his comedy shows to check him out but are not sure what to expect. Well never fear because this article will go over what you can expect at a Joel McHale Stand Up Comedy Show.
Lets start by saying that Joel McHale isnt a typical comedian (hes an actor) but that doesnt stop him from being very funny. His humor is very similar to what you get on The Soup ” witty, sarcastic and makes fun of very bad television ” all of which is spiced up with Joels great skill at timing and delivery, and of course those facial expressions of his. Just a raise of an eyebrow is enough to make some of his jokes even funnier.
Don’t be suprised if a local comedian steps out first though, he’s there to warm up the crowd before Joel steps on stage to do his routine.
If you are already a Joel McHale fan and used to his style of humor then you’ll fully enjoy his show.
The first section of his routine is like watching an episode of The Soup live because he talks about pop culture, celebrites and really bad reality television. And of course, he can’t go through a show without poking fun at Ryan Seacrest as well.
The second half of his show is more personal as he talks about his family and his life in more detail and we learn that his real life is just as funny as his on screen host persona is.
We get to find out that Joel is quite handy at craft as he makes his son’s Halloween costume, that his grandmother watches The Soup even though she doesn’t think it’s funny and how his wife and him have a running joke about bees.
Surprisingly its really refreshing to hear a comedian talk so honestly about his family and a true testament to Joel McHales comedic ability that he can make it so funny at the same time.
Joel McHale also takes time out at the end of the show to meet fans and sign autographs, so make sure you leave enough time for that before you leave.
His comedy show is currently travelling around America.

Transformers 2 is due to be released soon, and so the anticipation and excitement of its fans is soon going to be finished with the release of the movie. The plot of the movie is very interesting and has been revealed to some extent recently, and before that there were many teasers and promos which kept the anticipation building up.
The Transformers are species from outside the earth and they come from Cybertron, a place which has its own civilisations and customs, and hence the transformers are often termed as Cybertronian species. The transformers are believed to have existed for millions of years. The Cybertronians are long-lived creatures and have power reserves, with the powers being unique to each transformer.
Millions of years old Cybertronians are usually portrayed as being born from protoforms, which are blank shells, and it is only after they have been given the Spark that they become alive as the spark acts as their life force. In Cybertron, the lives of the inhabitants pass quickly, and their bodies wear down over the period of time. The development of the bodies of the Cybertrons takes place within themselves and they age through updates.
Despite the fact that the Transformers from Cybertron are not human beings, they still do show a very few traits that resemble those of the humans. Some of the examples of these can be family relationships, existence of male and female Cybertronians, and others.
The thought of Cybertron being linked with the Transformers is rather an old one. There have been a lot of toy series with the name, and the expression has also emerged in the earlier Transformers movie. Transformers: Cybertron was also a toy line and animated series which was in fact aired in Japan. However, in America, the series aired as a sequel to the Transformers: Armada and Transformers: Energon.
Cybertron is not only the locale planet for the Transformers, but it is also in general used while describing the body of the originator of the Transformers whose name was Primus. Cybertron is the fantasy home of the Transformers. In fact, the term Cybertron is the Japanese word for the Autobot. And as obvious from the film, it is the Autobots who are the Transformers and hence are called Cybertronians.
Although, Cybertron is only the imaginary home of the Transformers who are called Cybertronian because of their origin, the thought of the Cybertron has gained enormous fame with the first Transformers movie., with the Revenge of The Fallen, which is going to be released soon , the fans are in massive prospect after seeing all the previews and the thrilling trailers.
There are numerous people who are diehard fans of Transformers and all the things linked with the Transformers. Fans like those now don’t have to wait long. And while they are keeping their fingers crossed for the film to be released, they can take pleasure in the new preview and the posters which have been put online. Some of these also include the IMAX posters which are in fact amazing and much more than a fan could ask for at the moment.

There are factually billions of Transformers admirers who are excitedly waiting for Transformers: revenge of the fallen to be out. They will not overlook it at any expenditure furthermore the tickets at all the film theaters are directed be sold out months in proceed.
These are essentials that we recognize furthermore so do the film producers. That is why they have narrowly defended the anecdote of the film. Why would people throng to watch the transformers sequel transformers 2 as it is being called? Well the rationale is pretty straightforward, there is a difference in watching an action filled movie on a cinema screen as opposed to watching it on TV. On TV the affects just don’t come across with the same force as they do in a cinema hall.
Still if you have a 50″ TV and encircle sound, the impact is not the similar. A love legend can be watched on TV but not an action crammed movie. If you have seen Jaws in a movie theater and afterward a replay on a TV, you would have noticed obviously that the impact and the consciousness of watching it on a huge screen was not there. The shark on TV looks just a bit larger than a goldfish and is not frightening at all. Where as, in a movie theater, it makes your heart leap into your throat.
Transformers movies are concerning lofty pitched battles, robots transforming from dump trucks into Abrams tanks. There is ample of action plus pitched speedy battles that take place. This is what the fans adore, and that is why it will be a super hit. Furthermore, the story not revealed as yet has stirred the thoughts of people across the globe. There are plainly thousands of opinions with reference to the story of Transformers: Revenge of the fallen, filling up the internet.
With Steven Spielberg as the executive producer, one must expect a thriller and that is what transformers 2 promises to be. The robots have been carefully assembled and detailed. Computer graphics have been limited and do not fill up the movie. The music of the film is set to the action of the scenes. So, a real thriller is in store.
Formerly the movie hits the theaters, there is going to be a tempest of blogs that will emerge on the internet. This age band has matured amid the Transformers furthermore most as well have a transformer plaything in their lives. There are avid readers of Transformer comics and millions of fans living in a fantasy world and believing that life of other planets is rooted in them. Don’t know why movie makers and writers like to show aliens who can cross the universe as ugly looking green monsters.
And, viewing Transformers at the pyramids is going to offer fans loads of foodstuff for thinking. Did aliens truly come to ground at some point? Did they educate the human race the art of lettering, constructing, weaving cloth, etc. This movie is going to generate a lot of controversy particularly concerning the action and battles among the aliens and also the story itself.
Each and every one look ahead edgily for Transformers: revenge of the fallen to be on the loose. If a new-fangled type of Transformers appears in this sequel, the movie will get out of the furrow of Decepticons versus Autobots and carry a fresh brunt.

Fans are anxiously waiting for the movie Transformer: Revenge of the Fallen, which is expected to be released in June this year. So far the producers and directors are keeping the movie under tight wraps. They want to sustain the suspense and that is why very little information about the movie is being published.
In Transformers 2, a number of the robot characters will be the same as were in the original Transformers. But they are going to be in different roles. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is the first sequel to Transformers and there is a second one planned also. Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg are the director and executive producer. So, there is entertainment in store for Transformers fans.
There are extra robots added in Revenge of the Fallen and a number of countries, particularly Egypt, are added. In fact, the legend starts in Egypt even before the pyramids were built. It ties the commencement of culture with the very old Cybertronians who visited earth. Even the ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs similar to contemporary vehicles and helicopters are explained as being Decepticons of the Cybertronians.
The myth moves on to the Decepticon forces returning to earth when they come to know Sam Witwicky has learnt the actuality about the Transformers. They come to take him as detainee, and of course, the Autobots found out that unending resolution is not prone and Megatron’s departed body has been stolen from a US forces base.
Megatron is revived by Skorpinox using his own spark. Megatron now seeks revenge and the Decepticon and Autobots prepare for the epic battle that follows. Without an epic battle between the robots, a Transformers film would not be complete and that is where all the action lies.
The robots shifting their forms and battling it out for control of the earth is predictable. The tale, which relates to some beliefs that culture on earth was started by aliens, is depicted in the movie. This forms the main idea followed by the thought that humans are helpless against the alien forces.
The film is a follow-up and another one is intended to tag along. People who have been fans of the Transformers and who have observed the mini series, read the comic books, and observed the film will be thrilled concerning the release of the movie.
Toy makers will be active selling the original Transformers toys that have by now started hitting the shelves. The voices of the Transformers are once more used in Transformer 2, and there are some new voices and characters as well. The story and the battle took place in the here and now, and people will be able to relate to the realism of the film. The scenes have been shot painstakingly and not so many computer graphics have been used. The producers have had mock-up robots made, which they used in the movie to make it more realistic. The movie is going to draw in big crowds and the pre-release commercial will again be stupendous. Transformers 2 should be a mega movie.
