I have purchased my bottle of nail color from Sephora, since it was a) from Sephora, and b) by OPI. I have to say that I am disappointed. For this price, I have expected better results on the application and time before peeling. In fact, I had better results with Revlon and Sally Hansen nail polish.

At my local Sephora I picked up a few of these, including my favorite (and the very popular) Metro Chic. The color wears for a long time, chipping is not significant, and the quality of the product is overall very good. I took away one star only because of the price – 9$ is way too much for a bottle of nail polish, in my opinion.

I have two of these. The "tangerine coral" called "Special Request", which is a gorgeous warm, bright color for summer. I also have "High Maintenance", a totally girly red that is almost a true red, but skews a bit warm from true-red center. In either case, both colors will flatter a tan for sure. Both of these are cremes (not glittery), which means though they are bright and nicely pigmented, they are also subtler than shimmers or glimmers, making them more elegant.

OPI makes quality polishes that shine and have solid durability (if one is not careless, of course).

I had never used Sephora’s OPI nail polish and thought it would be nice but nothing spectaular. I had recently fallen in love with the new wide brush offered from another drug-store brand nail polish and thought that what I really wanted out of Sephora’s OPI was just the color. Boy, was I wrong.

Sephora’s OPI was, indeed, a beautiful color and compliments my skin well. However, it also goes on much more smooth, no bubbles or streaks, and creates a remarkably even surface. The brush was easy to wield (unlike the current vogue for short, squat, square polish jars) and while not the speciality wide brush I thought was the bee’s knees, it provided a sweeping coverage that I couldn’t complain about. For a polish, this was an easy, polished process. Now I wish all my other polishes were like this.

I believe you should get what you pay for. Unfortunately, this product does not deliver. It did not provide the coverage I needed and it did not last. I had a professional manicure done with this product and it chipped in 2 days. I will not buy this product again.

I’ll keep this short and sweet: I bought the scale in early January 2010 for the purposes of getting the appropriate weight on items for my Ebay business. This scale has not disappointed. It is almost always accurate down to the 10th of an ounce. Are there negative reviews for this item? Sure there are. It’s an electronic device, and you’ll always have some that are defective, no matter what the product. I think it’s clear that the vast majority of people that have purchased this scale have been extremely happy just like I have which is a great indicator that this scale will likely work for you too!

I can't believe the exceptional quality of this scale. I run an eBay business and am really impressed with the ease of operation and the accuracy of this item. Unlike what seems like the majority of electronic products for sale today, this scale is made in Germany and comes with a 30 year warranty.

The price is about a third of what I expected to pay after visiting various stores in my area.

You'll love this scale. Just make sure you order the electrical cord that comes with it. If you rely on batteries alone it could get expensive. Rating: 5 / 5

Typically I do not buy products that do not come ready to use out of the box. In this case I was really annoyed when I got the package expecting to open it up and begin using it that I had been duped!!! This scale requires four C-Cell batteries and an AC Adaptor. It appears the AC adaptor won’t work without the addition of the four C-cell batteries. In any case you certainly can’t use it out of the box!!! Even if you have your own AC Adaptor, it won’t work without the 4 C-Cell batteries!!! I call that deceptive advertising and marketing. What a monumental waste of time!!! Rate this product a D MINUS for shipping it without the necessary parts to make it work.

I first bought from Old Will about 5 years ago off of Ebay. Well here I am again researching heavy duty scales (my old one was only a 25lb) and guess who and what I am going to go with? Yes the inexpensive but wonderfully heavy duty scale I bought from a friendly, fast, effecient merchant years ago. Glad to see you here at Amazon Old Will!
